One day with Camaro in Hawaii

As luck might have it I was able to rent a yellow Chevy Camaro on my vacation trip to Kauai, Hawaii. It was really a sweet ride and the 306HP engine does not disappoint :D Plus the Hawaiian sunshine made the yellow paint oh-so-delicious! So I figured a photo shoot of a day with the Camaro seemed fit for the occasion. Without further ado, please let me introduce…

We started off on the southern coast of the beautiful “garden” island of Kauai and headed north. Our destination was the town of Princeville besides the Hanalei Bay, where we have a dinner reservation at the Makana Terrace of St. Regis. Our first stop was the Tree Tunnel.

It’s basically a road lined with incredibly tall trees that forms a natural “tunnel”. Then we stopped by the historic Kapaa town for a cup of Joe.

The yellow Camaro really looked sharp and we got lots of looks in town :D As we headed out of town, we bumped into a Kauai Product Fair. Souvenir time!

Ahhhh the beach! What better place to take some glamour shots for the Camaro :D

As we drove along the 561 highway, we found this amazing Kilauea lightouse.

It’s also the home of hundreds if not thousands of wild seagulls! Definitely recommend a stop here if you ever visit the island. Of course, the Camaro looks right at home with the beautiful backdrop.

Lunch time! We had lunch at this wonderful bar in Hanalei, called Kalypso.

They had a great selection of local beers. This particular one shown here was Kona Brewing’s Fire Rock pale ale. With food in our stomach we casually drove around the Hanalei Bay. It was truly an incredible view no matter where you look!

Finally, we hit the dinner spot and the view was simply gorgeous! And look at the food!!

It was truly an amazing day with the Camaro. Hawaii I’ll be back soon!! Mohalo :D
